“Went to this Tim Hortons before a show and Jamie was amazing. She was very quick, polite, welcoming. I returned after the show for a coffee and donut and the manager Crystal made sure everything was taken care of in a very quick and efficient manner. When my specific donut was not available and I was disappointed crystal apologized and offered to go make me one in the back. This is by far my favourite Tim Hortons even though I don’t go there often.

“I often visit the Tim Hortons where my friend Elson works, and I have to say, he’s amazing at what he does. He’s always so friendly and quick, making sure everyone’s happy with their orders. It’s great to see someone so hardworking and dedicated, and it makes my visit even better knowing he’s there.“

“I dont wanna give you guys one star, as I liked coming here everyday. One of your staff on bagel station is very rude. Omg, kept yelling at own team members for waiting on hashbrown. Customer who is waiting for that has no issue at all.

“The staff  at this store was incredibly friendly and welcoming, greeting me with a warm smile as soon as I walked in. The store was clean and organized making it a perfect spot to grab coffee.

The coffee, as always, was top-notch—perfectly brewed and served just how I like it. I also tried one of their freshly baked donuts, and it was melt-in-your-mouth delicious! The food was made to order, and you could tell the staff genuinely cared about providing quality service.

The service was quick, and the team worked efficiently, even during busy times. I was really impressed with how well they handled everything and still maintained a friendly, upbeat attitude.

If you’re in the area, I highly recommend stopping by this Tim Hortons. It’s the perfect place for a quick coffee or a snack. This location deserves a solid 5/5 for both the quality of the products and the exceptional customer service!“

“One of the better tims In Ontario. Would have given 5 star for service. But service seems inconsistent. Went there 2 days in a row. First day ordered potato wedges along with coffee at around 6:30 PM, they served it accordingly. Next day again ordered wedges at around 6 PM the guy came up and said they're not taking wedges orders after 5 PM anymore which seemed like a made up excuse! Other than that experience, this is a great store.“

“One of the service ladies(Michelle) is the nicest you'll ever meet. Brings treats she personally purchases for students and cares about people's well being. She is always a pleasure to talk to in the morning and does a good job.The other regular cashier seems unenthusiastic about the job and has brushed off complaints about cream dispensers and such.This is just a boutique Tim Hortons so no bagels or sandwiches and options are limited. For the purpose it has, it's good.“

“This Tim Hortons location is running exceptionally well. Every worker was very kind and polite, and the service was smooth and efficient. Even though they ran out of Roll Up the rim cups were sold out but , the employee at the counter kindly informed me that I could still participate using the app. I really appreciated how helpful and insightful they were. “I’m a regular at this Tim Hortons since I work just across the street, and I honestly can’t say enough good things about it. The staff are incredible, always kind, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. A lot of them recognize me, and sometimes they even have my order ready right as I’m paying, which is very a nice.
Both the morning and closing teams do an amazing job, and the quality is always consistent. It’s clear they take pride in what they do. Definitely one of the better locations around! 👏“

“I am a student at the UWindsor and I always have my coffee here. The staff is super friendly. I kinda wish they had timbits more often. I also have pizza pizza here and that too is really good. I wonder why the pizza pizza at wyandotte taste different than here.“

“I have 2 other Tim Horton locations closer to me but I choose to come here instead. This location always seems well staffed with friendly and fast working people. The site is kept clean and you can observe many customers there happily relaxing enjoying themselves everyday. The only reason I have 4 stars instead of the 5 is because I've had issues with my bagels and sandwhich buns being burnt a handful of times but over all its been a fairly reasonable experience here.“

“Unbelievable. 5 minutes ago, I was there, ordered a bagel, and when I received it, it wasn't burned with 2L of butter on it. It was absolutely perfect. I have not seen a bagel from a Tim Horton's made properly in at least 5 years, and I thank you. I thank you so much for my perfect bagel.“

I had ordered an extra-large French vanilla; however, the beverage I initially received was tasteless, as the flavor in the machine required refilling. While I was experiencing this issue, Parvatha noticed and courteously asked if everything was satisfactory.
Upon hearing my concern, she immediately took responsibility and resolved the matter. Despite the store being extremely busy, she refilled the machine and promptly prepared a fresh beverage for me, all while maintaining a positive and professional demeanor.

“I entered the Tim Hortons - Downtown Windsor under a sky that had somehow been transplanted indoors, a swirl of amber and ochre that hummed like a forgotten lullaby. The door itself sighed as I pushed it open, as if reluctant to release me from the outside world.
Immediately, the menu board blinked. Not with lights, but with what seemed like tiny, writhing eyes. “Breakfast?” it asked, in a voice that was neither male nor female, neither human nor machine. I stammered “Yes,” and the letters stretched and curled into the shape of a giant coffee cup that winked at me.
The barista, whose nametag read “Echo”, was folding reality like origami behind the counter. They asked, “Do you prefer your donut existential or empirical?” I blinked, and a tray of Timbits hovered into my line of sight, circling like planets. “Surprise me,” I whispered.
My bagel arrived with a puff of smoke that spelled my name, and the cream cheese inside had tiny constellations shimmering in it. When I bit down, I swore the bagel whispered, “I’ve been waiting for you since 1983.” The coffee steamed in spirals that seemed to contain entire miniature thunderstorms; each sip threatened to transport me to a parallel version of Windsor where I was both a customer and a menu item.
A customer beside me—whose face occasionally blurred into the shape of a croissant—leaned over and said, “Be careful with the muffins. They remember your dreams.” I nodded. When I reached for one, it quivered and giggled, then leapt slightly into my hand, warm and strangely sentient.
The ambience was a blend of impossibility and faint cinnamon: the tables occasionally tilted, as though the floor were gently breathing. The walls whispered in syrupy tones, narrating the history of maple trees that had never existed, and the overhead music occasionally dissolved into a soft, collective sigh.
By the time I left, my coffee cup had folded itself into a paper crane, my bagel had whispered a poem in my pocket, and the door waved goodbye like an old friend who knew far too much. Outside, the real world seemed dull, flat, and linear, as though I had briefly glimpsed the truth of breakfast itself.
Overall: 11/10 reality distortions. Would enter again, though I may arrive in a different century.“

“The manager here DeeDee is an exceptional leader. She takes time to listen and treats everyone with utmost respect. This store is ultra busy but she works hard to make sure everyone is doing their best. She is on the floor continually watching how things operate. “Stop here every day for a coffee. Usually they don't make a mistake. It's just a shame the owners are complete garbage to their staff, and it really shows in the service. The staff do a good job even if they're under paid and under staffed.“

Your midnight crew, Tarak Patel, to be precise, is such a warm, smiling, friendly face that I routinely stop to order from on my way home from work.
