“This store is amazing, They have so much to choose from.
The staff is very friendly. The Service is outstanding, especially on the weekend. They are always busy but they know how to get line down. I'm here every weekend and the main person i see here is Crystal. I had to ask staff who she was... She know how to run the store and amazing with her staff. I'm not from here. but always feel welcome..“

“I had picked up a large order for an event. Everything was ready on time and super efficient. The customer service was impeccable. Terry packed up everything in my vehicle making sure it was secured. He was so kind and honestly made my entire morning to be treated so wonderfully. Thank you Terry!! The coffee was hot and all condiments were provided and the treats, absolutely delicious. I would definitely order from there again for a big event.“

“I'll go out of my way to hit this Tim Hortons before any other. They're consistent with how they make their drinks and the staff is always very pleasant. Only reason it's not a 5 star is because the overall quality for Tim Hortons has just been going down in general. Not this specific stores problem, but unfortunately still a problem“

Her and all the staff always got a smile on there face and even though you don’t get a lot of customers during the night, she always gives exceptional customer service. Definitely manager mentality. “I dont wanna give you guys one star, as I liked coming here everyday. One of your staff on bagel station is very rude. Omg, kept yelling at own team members for waiting on hashbrown. Customer who is waiting for that has no issue at all.
She needs some break.

“The staff  at this store was incredibly friendly and welcoming, greeting me with a warm smile as soon as I walked in. The store was clean and organized making it a perfect spot to grab coffee.

The coffee, as always, was top-notch—perfectly brewed and served just how I like it. I also tried one of their freshly baked donuts, and it was melt-in-your-mouth delicious! The food was made to order, and you could tell the staff genuinely cared about providing quality service.

The service was quick, and the team worked efficiently, even during busy times. I was really impressed with how well they handled everything and still maintained a friendly, upbeat attitude.

If you’re in the area, I highly recommend stopping by this Tim Hortons. It’s the perfect place for a quick coffee or a snack. This location deserves a solid 5/5 for both the quality of the products and the exceptional customer service!“

“At approximately 5:30 p.m. today, I experienced a misunderstanding with the cold drinks. The employees’ serving window was right here side and I was seated on the opposite side. Despite this, the employees provided excellent service.“

“One of the better tims In Ontario. Would have given 5 star for service. But service seems inconsistent. Went there 2 days in a row. First day ordered potato wedges along with coffee at around 6:30 PM, they served it accordingly. Next day again ordered wedges at around 6 PM the guy came up and said they're not taking wedges orders after 5 PM anymore which seemed like a made up excuse! Other than that experience, this is a great store.“

“One of the service ladies(Michelle) is the nicest you'll ever meet. Brings treats she personally purchases for students and cares about people's well being. She is always a pleasure to talk to in the morning and does a good job.The other regular cashier seems unenthusiastic about the job and has brushed off complaints about cream dispensers and such.This is just a boutique Tim Hortons so no bagels or sandwiches and options are limited. For the purpose it has, it's good.“

“I went to Forest glade Tim’s location as it was close to my place i got my DD and classic scrambled egg wrap. I get to work and i go and enjoy my breakfast; i open my wrap cause it feels smaller and lo and behold theres no scrambled eggs. How in the hell do u forget eggs on a classic SCRAMBLED EGG wrap?!
I go to Tims on ouellette near the windsor sleep disorders clinic and I explained what happened to Tina there. She was even confused how can u forget to put scrambled eggs on a wrap with scrambled eggs in the name. she was more than happy to correct Forest Glades mistake. “I have 2 other Tim Horton locations closer to me but I choose to come here instead. This location always seems well staffed with friendly and fast working people. The site is kept clean and you can observe many customers there happily relaxing enjoying themselves everyday. The only reason I have 4 stars instead of the 5 is because I've had issues with my bagels and sandwhich buns being burnt a handful of times but over all its been a fairly reasonable experience here.“

“I love Tim Hortons so much. Tim Hortons is my first ever love, since I was 10-11 years old I started drinking them and now 6 years later I love them even more. My love for Tim Hortons grows stronger every single day that I live. I have always had the salted caramel iced capp until they changed it to only caramel. the iced capps are my favorite drinks, I love them so very much I can go on all day abt iced capps, they are just the best. Anyways every time I go to tim hortans either after school at tecumseh mall, for lunch break during school, or even on a random day I just get an iced capp (always a flavoured ones never original ew) because I just love Tim Hortons so much, if someone bought me an iced capp for a gift I would appreciate that the most forever, or even a tim hortans gift card which is what I got for my birthday. If Tim Hortons ever gets shut down here, no one will see me in their sight over here. “Okay so they get 5 stars because of Stephanie and Julia, both are great and very attentive. Not the perfect Tim Hortons since they take longer than usual to make the food and sometimes make mistakes, but also it is a very busy location, especially during morning time. Overall I would suggest to never get rid of the above mentioned workers since they make this location great.“

I had ordered an extra-large French vanilla; however, the beverage I initially received was tasteless, as the flavor in the machine required refilling. While I was experiencing this issue, Parvatha noticed and courteously asked if everything was satisfactory.
Upon hearing my concern, she immediately took responsibility and resolved the matter. Despite the store being extremely busy, she refilled the machine and promptly prepared a fresh beverage for me, all while maintaining a positive and professional demeanor.

“There's one woman who works the drive thru daily, I don't know her name but she always, always remembers to make sure my order is right, stirred (SO important!) “Surrounded by homeless people all hours of the day & night asking for money. I feel bad for the worker's because there's always some type of trouble they have to deal with. Washrooms are permanently closed as well as the dining area because of the drug overdoses. Owners need to fix this problem, maybe hire security? But something needs to be changed ASAP“

“I used to avoid this location but they’ve really stepped it up. I went in today for an iced Capp and a Boston Cream. Service was extremely fast and the donut was fresh. The restaurant was cleaner than most locations as well. Good job to all the staff running a tight ship. I will definitely be returning.“
