“Floyd my server was such a pleasure to have as a server. Amazing smile that was genuine and sincere. Very tentative at same time serving 3 other customers. I was having a issue with my one debit card Floyd said right away no worries take your time. I've grown up in Essex and I have not had let's say such a amazing personality in a server like Floyd because majority of the other staff was younger and not attentive and look genuine and love his job. I hope he is recognized for his wonderful job 🙏“
