The Xtra large cups are a bad design-if you have to use a tray it has to be snug in your car-I've begged them not to stretch the trays-and I ended up with tea in my lap and my car 4 times...but they they STILL stretch them....you better hope I don't get get burnt one more time...please do what the customer asks
They staff the drive thru much better than the people like me that walk in. The roll up the rim is no longer fun as it's gone all techy...but that's not this stores fault.
