“I went through the drive thru at 2 in the morning after work. The kindness from the wonderful lady at the window was so refreshing. Not to mention the food took about 5 min (not an issue as it wasn’t busy) but it was the most fresh set of burgers and fries i’ve ever had. So professional and courteous, it was so nice to see ! oh and the gentleman also answered the phone when i called about an hour earlier to inquire about their store hours, and he was very welcoming !

If management sees this, I went on Tuesday Nov 19th (into the 20th am)“

“I usually stop by on my way home and Wendy always is there. I order the same thing every time - xl dark roast black with an espresso shot - and she usually has it ready within a minute of ordering. Love the staff and service at this location. ☺️“

“I was just reading Randy Guenette's comment. It seems that she believes degrading and dehumanizing workers who perform a wide variety of tasks in an extremely fast-paced environment, and try their best to serve customers the best that they can, is somehow justified. Meanwhile I'm sure she (Randy) goes to a job where you move at a slow pace, probably chats it up with her co-workers, meandering around complaining about Tims workers, narcissistically waiting to be consoled for her bad experience. Then, with her "I'm better than you" attitude, browbeats the employees some more with her demeaning review comments. It's very sad that narcissists NEED and feed off of making others look small, as though it makes them look big. My message to Randy Guenette is that she needs to figure it out, try harder, and don't make excuses.“

“Went a week ago. They didn't have a lot of items still listed on their menu board. Out of the egg now latte and several others.

Drinks are expensive but my daughter loved the strawberry lemonade drink.

“It's been over a year since I get my morning coffee from this location. Except weekends, I place order almost everytime and I get what I asked for. Thank you for your service. And Megan, thank you for making our coffee with some extra care.“

“Great place, you get your order relatively quick, and in the drive thru it’s a breeze. Workers mostly have smiles and have a great mood but it’s not always the best atmosphere. Great service and food, I just hope they go back to focusing on their coffee and not adding more products to the menu.

Kid-friendliness: The place is fine for kids, sometimes people that aren’t the best to be around are there but they are minding their own business. If you want to bring your kid they have great treats that your kid would love.“

“Always friendly service! we have been going to Bubble tea express for many many years. We were frequents when we lived in Windsor and they knew my order when I walked in the door. it's nice having them close to home again. If you've never tried bubble tea. I highly suggest you do!“

“The last two times I have been there the workers have been incredibly amazing. So amazing in fact that I woke up this morning thinking about my experience from yesterday. Yesterday my wife was having a crappy day so I wanted to surprise her with her favourite coffee from Starbucks. Now I’ve never been one for Starbucks so it’s a whole new experience trying to order these the correct way. Anyway, lady on the speaker was super helpful. I stumbled a lot trying to get out my wife’s order and I ended up levelling with her and saying “Listen this is for my wife pleaseeee make sure I didn’t mess this up” and she literally said she had my back and read everything back to me perfectly. No judgement, super understanding and happy to help! I get up to the window and I ask to make sure the proper lid was on the cup and I got no attitude, no looks, no inconvenience “get out of my line” vibes.. gentleman just looks at me and goes “on absolutely no problem have a great day” I mean the patience and great attitude everyone had there was amazing and I will forever continue to go there for my wife’s coffee.“

“Seeing some really negative reviews about this place is disheartening. It's primarily a coffee shop. Who goes here for pizza? Breakfast food I can see.
Anyway, I generally only get coffees here, occasionally a donut or a wrap. All have been on point for me. One of the few Timmy's I've been to where they actually stir your coffee properly. Staff is great with me. People have bad days, especially people in this industry who deal with the public all day. Be nice and you'll get it back!“

“Unbelievable. 5 minutes ago, I was there, ordered a bagel, and when I received it, it wasn't burned with 2L of butter on it. It was absolutely perfect. I have not seen a bagel from a Tim Horton's made properly in at least 5 years, and I thank you. I thank you so much for my perfect bagel.“

Stephanie always knows how to make me laugh, and the rest of the crew is just as welcoming and bright. It’s rare to find a team that makes you feel this comfortable and happy while getting your coffee first thing in the morning haha. You guys are the best!“

“I have 2 other Tim Horton locations closer to me but I choose to come here instead. This location always seems well staffed with friendly and fast working people. The site is kept clean and you can observe many customers there happily relaxing enjoying themselves everyday. The only reason I have 4 stars instead of the 5 is because I've had issues with my bagels and sandwhich buns being burnt a handful of times but over all its been a fairly reasonable experience here.“
