Just came back. Young lady working cash with wavy red hair, didn’t catch the name tag. She’s super blasé. Doesn’t know anything about anything and doesn’t want to know. Just throws the drink down and walks away. Zero customer service acumen. Very piteous. Not pleasant coming here. It’s 442pm on July 18, 2023.

Day shift is always quick and friendly, afternoon shift is a different story. Be happy if you don’t wait 10-15 min in the drive thru if you’re the only person in line. They need to be trained on how to speak to people, as they are always rude.
