Overall a good Tim Hortons experience. There is street parking and the main parking lot is across the street which can get pretty filled up at peak hours. The only times I would consider this a problem is some Sunday mornings. Most of the time the parking is fine. The experience is professional and quick and when the occasional mix up with the orders happens, they have always been quick to fix it. They usually have what I want and the wait times are normally very reasonable.
The service isn't great. This store needs to get its ducks in a row. I am all about supporting local businesses, but they need to step it up. Have more staff designated to serve walk-in traffic, and the students need to socialize on breaks or after work. Needs better structure. I will say that the store is clean. I hate to give a review like this, but I need to be honest. They've messed up my orders too many times. I hope to be able to change it in the future.

Good team hortons in this neighborhood. Staff was friendly. Not crowed at all. Disable parking. Lots of parking space. It has drive through. Staff is super friendly. Most of the items are done around 8:30 pm. It is usual at any tim hortons. I used to work at other Tim's. And I know the baker bakes last batch around 3:30 ot 4:30 pm. What do you think, is it "always fresh" as it claims? Everything in the morning is 100% fresh. I would say pick and choose wisely what you want...read full review
