Good team hortons in this neighborhood. Staff was friendly. Not crowed at all. Disable parking. Lots of parking space. It has drive through. Staff is super friendly. Most of the items are done around 8:30 pm. It is usual at any tim hortons. I used to work at other Tim's. And I know the baker bakes last batch around 3:30 ot 4:30 pm. What do you think, is it "always fresh" as it claims? Everything in the morning is 100% fresh. I would say pick and choose wisely what you want at night. Usually, there is no baker in overnight shift.

Consistently inconsistent. Orders come out wrong just as often as they come out correct. I don’t know if it’s lack of training or where they’re staffing from, but this is not something I experience at any other location. Staff is friendly and polite, but when I can’t count on getting my 3 item order correct, it’s a problem that often has me driving 5 minutes down the road to the other location.

It's average at best. Service is subpar compared to other locations and they are usually out of food items before 7pm.

I ordered coffee, tea, crossant and farmer wrap, it showed on the screen in drive thru. Got to counter and asked for 3x $25 gift cards. He was great with that but after waiting over 10 min in line in drive thru he says he didn't have the farmer wrap on his order and we would have to wait mnd pay again. Upset we said forget it and left. The line behind us was massive and we already waited to long.

Overall a good Tim Hortons experience. There is street parking and the main parking lot is across the street which can get pretty filled up at peak hours. The only times I would consider this a problem is some Sunday mornings. Most of the time the parking is fine. The experience is professional and quick and when the occasional mix up with the orders happens, they have always been quick to fix it. They usually have what I want and the wait times are normally very reasonable.

This place really needs to work on their customer service and getting orders right if they want to keep raising prices. 2 times this week they get my order wrong, and when I went back to say something I get a sigh in the microphone of the drive thru and told to pull up , there was no apology whatsoever for their mistake just here u are nearly throwing the order at me and closing the window. And to top it all off I get my second coffee and its burnt !! Sadly won't be coming back to this tim hortons and will now be going to McDonald's instead , go thru one time at mc donalds and they get my order right the first time and such a delishous coffee and felt welcomed can't say the same for this Timmy's.Sad cause I only work down the road from here and they got our service all the time, not anymore.

The manager demonstrates poor judgment and this encourages her staff to be little the customers. Clearly the district manager doesn't matter visit this location.

This is a Tim's I've been going to on the bike. They have 2 parking lots and close to Craves also. The employees are awesome and very nice.
