“I pulled up to the drive thru and before I finished my order the lady taking the order (I didn’t get her name) already knew my order. It’s either I go there way too much lol or she’s just awesome and attentive I think it’s both lol regardless She made me fell special. Kuddos to her for getting familiar with her customers.“

“Go to this Tim Hortons when your in the area, not the other 1. They have exceptional team customer service here. The manager was very helpful, because she didn't have to make it right after the Tim Hortons on Warren failed to complete my order, and also did'nt acknowledged my coffee points. The Tim Hortons manager on Warren asked me what I wanted, then proceeded in making my order to come back almost 5mins later after the transaction was completed to tell me there wasn't anymore dark roast. Do I want regular instead. This Tim Hortons on Ford rd. made it right when they didn't have to. Great customer service. Thank you!!!“

“This is my favorite Tim's for the breakfast food. I can see the difference from other locations as my english muffins are always properly toasted and bagels as well. (Picture perfect) The guy inside as well as the rest of the staff are polite and friendly and take the time to know the customer. They know me on a first name basis now and that makes all the difference. Keep up the great work guys and gals.“
