I'm a frequent visitor to this Tim Hortons and I can't speak highly enough about the consistently exceptional service. The staff and manager here are always friendly, attentive, and go the extra mile to make every visit memorable. I dont usually do this but I HAD to. I have been going to this Tims for years, especially when I worked across the street on the old Andiamos. The drinks were pretty good as per usual, but today the service was bad. We waited around 7 minutes for someone to take our order, and they didn't even come to us we had to ask them. Food was great, except they put the wrong meat in the wrap but bacon is always good. Workers seem a bit understaffed and they seem to have forgotten half our order but took quick care of it when we brought it up and they all were working hard. There was a guy sitting in the dining area doing book work it appears. If he is the manager(pink hoody, black hat, black pants) he should have been helping as the line was mostly around the building and there were people in line inside....read full review
