Natalie was incredibly sweet and welcoming, and she generously blessed us with a free dozen donuts, which was such an unexpected and thoughtful gesture.

The kindness didn’t stop there. A gentleman standing behind us in line even purchased a hot cocoa and a lemonade for us. It was one of those moments that restores your faith in people and reminds you how much small acts of kindness can mean.

“I just left the Dunkin in Weston WV and I want to give the 2 guys working a HUGE round of applause. They were the only 2 there to take and prepare all of the orders. Let me tell you, they were busy, but they were more polite and courteous than I have seen from places that were fully staffed. They deserve a bonus for sure. “Update: had to come back and edit my review to stress how awesome the quality of the place is. Three days in a row, and the coffee has been perfect!!

I decided to stop at this Tim Hortons today because I understand it’s under different ownership than the location at Warren & Telegraph - and I’m so glad I did!

The coffee here tasted fresh, high-quality, and genuinely good. I finished the entire cup before I even got home. By comparison, the quality and service at the other location have gone seriously downhill; I often end up throwing out half my coffee because it tastes so bad, which just feels like throwing money away.

I also really like how diverse the staff is here - it’s not just one specific demographic working. Truly the American way. I’ll definitely be coming back to this location!“
