“Got food a little after 12pm. There was only two people working. It’s Memorial Day so they were really busy. I had asked for two kids drinks that are not on the menu (and I don’t think they technically have to make them), but they made them no problem! We’re very nice despite being short handed it seemed, and very busy. Great service! Working those kinda jobs can be stressful but they had such nice attitudes despite the situation. We will definitely be back!“

“The doughnuts are stellar and so is the customer service! I was greeted and served by the owner; he was patient and kind as I asked flavors and such (because they weren’t labeled). The strawberry glazed and strawberry doughnut holes were my favorite. The ice cream was a bit soft, like the freezer had been left open of wasn’t working properly.
Aside from the soft ice cream, I have no complaints. The owner appeared to be working alone, but still delivered top tier customer service.
I look forward to going back!“

“The service, atmosphere and coffee are amazing but every time I order food, there is an issue. Either my breakfast sandwich is too cold or my hash browns are wayyyy too hard (9/10 its always the nasty hashbrowns). So now I get my coffee from here but go to Burger King or Einstein Bagels for breakfast sandwich and hash browns“

“I was in the mood for a Apple Fritter so I stopped in. 1st time. Looked okay. Was empty. She didn't really speak English. But. The doughnuts were good. Pretty fresh. It was 2pm. But, they still were good. ?? Ill try them again maybe earlier. Love me a good fritter. Just didn't have any apples inside. The twist was great. And the chocolate honey dip. 9/10“

“I had the most amazing dark roast medium coffee with French vanilla syrup cream and sugar made to perfection this coffee was so good that I actually wanted to hug the person who prepared this coffee for me thank you so much for starting my morning off and an excellent way I go to the Dunkin’ Donuts all the time on telegraph and 96 and the customer service is horrible“

“the staff here is really kind and welcoming. after commencement practice, my friends and i came in our caps and gowns and the baristas were very kind and all congratulated us, and also gave us all a donut with our drink purchases. this is a very nice location and my order is always made well!“

“Update: had to come back and edit my review to stress how awesome the quality of the place is. Three days in a row, and the coffee has been perfect!!
I decided to stop at this Tim Hortons today because I understand it’s under different ownership than the location at Warren & Telegraph - and I’m so glad I did!
The coffee here tasted fresh, high-quality, and genuinely good. I finished the entire cup before I even got home. By comparison, the quality and service at the other location have gone seriously downhill; I often end up throwing out half my coffee because it tastes so bad, which just feels like throwing money away.
I also really like how diverse the staff is here - it’s not just one specific demographic working. Truly the American way. I’ll definitely be coming back to this location!“

I heard of you from my niece Candes who works at the One Under. She had all good things to say about your company and she was RIGHT! Great job. ☺️“
