Dunkin' serves decent coffee and is a very professional and friendly place to enjoy a cup with family and friends. The manager, Sushma, warmly welcomes customers and ensures their orders are up to the mark. However, there are some concerns with the baked goods. Some customers have reported issues with the oven-baked items, citing a chemical taste. Donuts can be inconsistent, with some lacking filling or flavor. There have also been instances of incorrect orders, including shortages and misinformation. Despite these issues, the staff has been described as helpful and pleasant, making the experience better. Additionally, customers appreciate the late hours, with one noting that they serve a beloved mystery mocha drink at 4:30 AM. Overall, while the experience can be hit-or-miss, the professionalism of the staff shines through, even in challenging situations.
