“A few years ago I used to frequent this location nearly daily because the service was always amazing. It's not always in budget nowadays, but I had a gift card and went recently and have been since just because of the service. Today I went again, after a long day, and I was greeted by the friendliest young lady with red hair. She was super efficient and even sold me on suggestions for toppers. The drinks are always top notch but this one was amazing and the service was even better. I wish I had her name because I know these things matter. This location is a 10/10 dunkin. “I had such a great experience at Tim Hortons this morning that I had to share. I went through the drive-thru for a coffee and a bagel and, being half asleep, I drove off with my coffee and completely forgot my bagel. As I was exiting the parking lot, I happened to look over and saw the employee running outside trying to get my attention so he could give me the bagel I left behind.

He easily could have just let me go and assumed I’d come back, but instead he went out of his way to make sure I got my food. That level of customer service and kindness doesn’t happen often anymore, and it really made my morning. Thank you for going the extra mile!!“
