Waited ten minutes for the wrong order. One person person working the window and two people standing around chatting with five vehicles behind me, not to mention the four that drove off before ordering.
Quick and polite service. And they always put just enough bagel on my cream cheese.
I'll preface this by saying that normally I love this location for its hours and great service, however the elderly woman I just dealt with was very cranky and just rude while I was planning my order for two coffees. She then kept asking if we wanted them with different things other than how we listed and asked if we wanted 1 or two coffees while that was specified from the start. I hope she gets this feedback, because it was rude and our codes were basically just chocolate syrup....read full review
