“I received a notice yesterday that 6 heart shaped donuts were available for $3. I went to the location at 31080 Orchard Lake. The shelf was sparce. I asked for the heart donuts. Neither server spoke English nor did they understand what I was looking for. I showed them the advertisement on the app. They shrugged their shoulders and shook their heads as I left the store I noticed the temporary sign advertising the special. I was dissatisfied.“

“I love the people here. They are very nice always especially the young man who I believe is the son of the owner. The only problem is the muffins sometimes are stale and when I get my extra large 5 and 5 it tastes different every time. That's why I always ask for extra cream and sugar on the side.“

“I would like to thank Daily Dozen at the 15 Mile store and Noelle who SAVED my daughter’s grad party yesterday! I ordered 8 dozen another shop closer to me who “forgot” about my order when I went to pick it up after confirming twice. The customer service was awful and I left in tears. I remembered a coworker of mine who is a loyal customer to the Daily Dozen and remembered how good the donuts were. I pulled it up online to see where the closest location was. About 30 mins from my home, but so worth it! My sister-in-law and I walked in the store and I was still choked up and had tears in my eyes in a panic. Noelle to the rescue! I told her I needed to create a donut wall and she helped me pick out six dozen of the cutest donuts and everything that would hang well. It looked absolutely perfect, all the guests commented on how amazing they were, and all 6 dozen were gone by the end of the night! So, THANK YOU!“

“5 star service absolutely every time. I am not sure if this is family run, but it feels like it. They run their drive through like the military. I have never experienced a faster drive through experience, and it's accurate every time! Always kind and to the point. I went out of my way to write this review because this Tim Hortons is just that good. I am impressed very single time. Thank you!!“

“We tried 7 different flavors of the mochi doughnuts and we loved 3 of them. We did buy 2 boxes, they were fresh just on the expensive side. The place was cute the different cups they offer are cute as well. Our drinks were ok the kiosk ordering I didn't like because they only have 2 so when it gets busy you'll have to wait so definitely recommend doing an online order but ive heard they sell out of doughnuts fast so you kind of want to know what they have before buying a box and they don't have any or ones you like.. you also cant customize your drink like you would ordering with a person. I asked if they have the options for tapioca boba he said yes and told me where to look but the menu didn't have that just stir fry kind and 2 other I believe. All in all it was ok and my daughter's liked it.“

“I had the most amazing dark roast medium coffee with French vanilla syrup cream and sugar made to perfection this coffee was so good that I actually wanted to hug the person who prepared this coffee for me thank you so much for starting my morning off and an excellent way I go to the Dunkin’ Donuts all the time on telegraph and 96 and the customer service is horrible“
