I'm kinda shocked by the bad reviews because this is the only dunkin that makes the dunkalattes right. The cold foam is so good here! Yes, you do have to wait a bit after a mobile order but there is usually only one person working so I don't mind. I rather my coffee be fresh then rushed. Never tried the food really so can't speak on that, but my family has and never had an issue. I would definitely recommend the coffee here though, its my favorite location.

Dunkin' is a popular coffee and donut shop, known for its exceptional service and dedication to providing customers with the best experience. The establishment is often praised for its friendly and attentive staff, who go above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. While the ordering process can take some time, as each item is made to order, the employees strive to provide a personalized experience.
Customers have noted the great customer service, with one reviewer stating that "the people here have the best customer service you could ask for in this day and age." Another customer expressed their loyalty, mentioning that they have been a regular for over two years and appreciate the staff's attention to their usual order.
Despite some minor issues with the physical condition of the establishment, such as a rundown cooler and a bathroom in need of repair, the overall experience at Dunkin' remains positive. The coffee, while not perfect, is still enjoyed by many, and the friendly employees make up for any shortcomings.
