Come to the drive thru with no other cars did a mobile order.they pulled me forward to the door to make sure their timer stopped. Had me wait 15 min for 2 cold burgers 2 cold fries but least I got warm nuggets. Would love to know what takes that long for cold food....
I don't know what the problem is with the people at this restaurant, everytime I go there I have a problem. The first time I went I stood there for a long time and nobody acknowledged me. I sent a message to Wendy's and nobody ever called me. Went there a second time and drive through person was rude. Today I ordered a Breakfast combo with a vanilla iced coffee and I get a iced black coffee, I take it back and the lady says it has vanilla syrup on the bottom do I want some cream....read full review
Decided to order through the app and pick up at the drive-thru. Even with last week’s order being good I didn’t have high hopes. Those hopes were exceeded- in the negative.
