McDonald's, a well-known fast-food chain, has received mixed reviews. While the food quality was generally praised with hot burgers and crispy fries, the customer service experience was a point of contention. Some customers reported rude and unfriendly staff, with employees who seemed disinterested. However, other customers had a more positive experience, with staff who were polite and helpful, even when there were issues with the order like cold fries and nuggets. This McDonald's often exceeds expectations, but at 2 am, fries were very cold and tasted a day old. They got the order right as requested and won't sell Pokemon cards from happy meals separately. This place was fantastic, clean, with courteous people and a spotless restroom. The restaurant is handicap accessible, as is the parking and structure for the doors. They have a fabulous children's area and wonderful parking. McDonald's means kid friendly. Vegetarian options are not a big selection, and it's not a good restaurant for diverticulitis or Crohn's.
