KFC offers fresh food with outstanding customer service. Some customers experienced long wait times, impacting their lunch breaks. However, this location is preferred by some, who drive farther for the always fresh food and great customer service. Customers appreciate helpful and nice cashiers who get their food quickly, hot, and delicious, remembering to include things like honey or hot sauce and napkins. The service is great.
