They went and changed their honey butter chicken biscuits!! Changed the chicken to like a chicken patty instead of the chicken filet type ..did not like will get no more ...shame

On 3-26-24 as I was doing a Uber pick up on my bike at the drive thru I was told by a unknown white male employee there that I can't be coming at the drive thru window to be served on my bicycle.This is harassment and violates my Right to be treated Equally to those in cars that are allowed to go thru the drive thru and denies my Right to Equal Treatment,Protection of the law of the Michigan and Federal Constitution.I want all responsible for this practice fired and I will be filing a lawsuit on this unless maybe if reasonable negotiations are attempted and made.

3 times in as many years stopped and ordered large order to go. NEVER get everything we order. No receipt so can't resolve later. People are rude and borderline obnoxious. WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN. Dave would be ashamed.

Went through the drive through with my boyfriend, the cashier was completely rude and unprofessional. We asked to add something to the order and she jumped up and down as if she was a toddler having a fit. We said forget it then and she rudely handed our food out the window. She’s a black woman and wears the big coat! Don’t recommend that place!

Stop with Wendy's today on Telegraph Road in Taylor & they forgot my chili for my dad but they were friendly. They were kind to get my mom an extra ice tea & the lady was Absolutely Beautiful inside & out. It just felt good to get out after my accident. Yes they have handicap everything there. It's got plenty of Parking & Yummy Yummy Food?Parking: Excellent parking, it's free and there's plenty of itWheelchair accessibility: Like most restaurants nowadays, especially chain stores. It's got handicap just about everything. It's got wide doors. I think they're 36 or 42 inch wonderful place

First off if I could give zero stars you can bet I would, I just left this place and first thing if your gonna have someone speaking into the mic for the drive thru make sure they can actually talk and not whisper and able to speak clearly. Second I’ve worked at one of these places before and it isn’t that hard to go through and make a CASH transition into a card transaction so there’s no reason I didn’t get my card right there and then, then for I’m guessing the manager to come out after me and my friends were being a little bit loud questioning why we didn’t get our card right there and then and for her to come out and practically scream at us is ridiculous I have to say the only person that was good in that place that I seen is the young man that brought out our food out. Wendy’s pick better management and better workers thank you.
