The woman that helped us was super friendly & fast! Great customer service. However, the temperature inside the store was so hot! She looked over heated & we could not stay in the store to enjoy our ice cream at the tables because it was so hot inside. Please turn some air conditioning on inside an ice cream shop in this awful heat!
I was looking forward to going to \"31\"Flavors and a was very disappointed to find that under the \"false advertising sign\" they only had 20 flavors not the, advertised, 31. I don't know what is going on with the Baskin Robbins chain but this is the same thing that happened at the Dearborn Heights and the Dearborn locations. Three stores in one day with only 20 flavors. I won't ever be going back. Rick Zorn

We love this place. Konda-Reddy is always here when we come in. It's rare we don't see him here. He greets us with a bright smile when we walk through the door and is super pleasant and patient with our indecisive family.
