Came in for a strawberry cheesecake milkshake. The cashier was rude, he literally didn’t say anything to me. Like at all. No hello, what I can get you. Just silence. And he made my milkshake watery af. Very nasty. Won’t be back.

We love this place. Konda-Reddy is always here when we come in. It's rare we don't see him here. He greets us with a bright smile when we walk through the door and is super pleasant and patient with our indecisive family. He remembers my order (as you can see, I am not the indecisive one of the bunch) every time and promptly makes it when I come in. The pumpkin cheesecake ice cream is so good! Really enjoy coming here to visit and have some fun with our kids. :) Thank you for making it a pleasant experience every time Reddy!

The woman that helped us was super friendly & fast! Great customer service. However, the temperature inside the store was so hot! She looked over heated & we could not stay in the store to enjoy our ice cream at the tables because it was so hot inside. Please turn some air conditioning on inside an ice cream shop in this awful heat!

I was looking forward to going to \"31\"Flavors and a was very disappointed to find that under the \"false advertising sign\" they only had 20 flavors not the, advertised, 31. I don't know what is going on with the Baskin Robbins chain but this is the same thing that happened at the Dearborn Heights and the Dearborn locations. Three stores in one day with only 20 flavors. Tried to come here a couple months ago and when we pulled up to the drivethru the employee said they were having personal problems and they were closing the store early. I thought that was weird but decided to try them out again today. They didn't have hot fudge, ok no big deal. But then they didn't have the ingredients to make the creature creations and didn't inform me of that so I just got a cup of the wrong flavor ice cream with sprinkles on it and no tail. Why they charged me $4 for that is a mystery. Employee was very short with me and rude, never gave me my total then just handed me a bag with 3 ice creams in it that look like someone shook them before they put them in there. I've tried them twice and won't be back after this, I can get better service and ice cream at Calder or dq.
