Go through the drive thru all the timeToday I ordered a chicken sandwhich, they said they didn’t have the right bun but would substitute it. The bun they gave me was twice as big and they gave me to same amount of chicken. So I was eating a bun sandwhich. He also upsold me, asking if I wanted a double chocolate donut, and I said sure. Great coffee and muffin/donut shop with good sandwiches but always, like all of them, are crowded and dirty, with slow service for inside diners, and little care to clean tables or floors, or washrooms - just like a hockey change/locker room! Owners/managers in the whole chain and organization need a solid cross check into the boards to wake them up!
