On 30th march 2024 I visited Tim Hortons around 10:56pm, just before closing time to grab a coffee. But, my experience was too bad. Unfortunately, I didn't catch the name of the employee, but I think it was ??????, who might be a supervisor. There were a few minutes left until closing, she rudely refused to serve me a coffee in aggressive way and told me to ??? ??? ???? ???? “ in very disrespectful way. It was very disappointing to encounter such behavior, especially in a customer service environment. I urge the management to provide her proper training how to behave with customers.

Sorry I had to ask twice to properly toast the Sesame Begal ( double toast with plan cream n cheese) . Both times raw inside. And manager was rude listening me. I am visitor in town, have been using Tim Horton last 25 years but never saw a team like this. Will never come gain again here. Totally waste of my money.

I ordered large coffee, breakfast sandwich and box of Tim bitsThe coffe was Luke warm at best!The sandwich was COLD!! Cheese stiff! Handed it back and said this is cold?!! Can you zap it please…They did, still it hot… really didn’t seem to care ONCE AGAIN!! Like I was an inconvenience….!Management and owners really need to step the food quality and service! I’m done ?

If you don't want bacon Grease in your cookies avoid any Tim Hortons owned by Chris Cardona (or however its spelled). He couldn't care less about food safety.Dietary restrictions: The cookies are Haram.

After I ordered my coffee at the drive through speaker, once I came to pay the employee told me I would have to wait about 3 mins for my coffee to be ready.I wished they had mentioned that at the time I ordered.

Go through the drive thru all the timeToday I ordered a chicken sandwhich, they said they didn’t have the right bun but would substitute it. The bun they gave me was twice as big and they gave me to same amount of chicken. So I was eating a bun sandwhich. He also upsold me, asking if I wanted a double chocolate donut, and I said sure. They gave me a chocolate glaze donut that they put chocolate frosting on.Why would he upsell me something they don’t have?!?! And then not admit it?Gave the overall rating an extra star because there’s an old lady who’s always working before I go to school and she’s greatI feel ridiculous actually leaving a review but this was just so stupid ?

Great coffee and muffin/donut shop with good sandwiches but always, like all of them, are crowded and dirty, with slow service for inside diners, and little care to clean tables or floors, or washrooms - just like a hockey change/locker room! Owners/managers in the whole chain and organization need a solid cross check into the boards to wake them up! We're tired of having to complain to individual store managers every time we go in and can't find a clean table to sit at, or waste bins that aren't full, or ask for a receipt, or ask for napkins, etc., etc.

Bla.. bla… so rude. She does not deserve for this position. Put her back to making donuts.. not for customer service…she ruined my day.. I ask myself why u stop at timhorton…

I was educated just now about which side of the restaurant to pick up my order. My fault for missing it … still, this reeducation only cost me like $10, so I feel fortunate. Luckily, I was assured that they would allow it this time. The next time, though, I am to comply properly or more education is likely to occur. Whew.
