Asked them to cut my sandwich in half, and they cut the bag too. 😂 I guess I should’ve been more specific!
Surrounded by homeless people all hours of the day & night asking for money. I feel bad for the worker's because there's always some type of trouble they have to deal with. Washrooms are permanently closed as well as the dining area because of the drug overdoses. Owners need to fix this problem, maybe hire security? But something needs to be changed ASAP
Nice Team members and always fresh food

Tim Hortons in Ontario offers a variety of products, including great coffee and fresh food, making it a reliable spot for many customers. While the staff is generally friendly, the quality of service can vary. Some customers have noted that certain team members may be rude and slow, which is unexpected from those who work with the public regularly. However, many appreciate the hard work of the team, especially during busy hours. In Windsor, the drive-through staff are patient and deserving of tips. The dining area and bathrooms are usually clean, and the changing table is sturdy. Customers frequently commend the management team for their helpfulness and the friendly atmosphere, with some visiting 5-7 times a week without issues. Bearded men are advised to wear nets for hygiene reasons, and the restaurant maintains a focus on cleanliness. Recent reviews highlight the efforts of staff members like Nancy, who is noted for her kindness and professionalism, making visits enjoyable. Despite these positive experiences, some reviews express concerns about the overall quality, mentioning that orders may sometimes be prepared with visible frustration, and fly issues are common in certain locations during summer.
