The initial host was pleasant and then we were lost in the folds of the server. It was as if they either had too many tables, or not interested in serving us 😞 we received our food no steak knife, no sauce options for the steak. Both of our steaks were significantly overcooked. We had ordered one medium rare and one medium, but both arrived well done. When we brought it to our server's attention, rather than acknowledging the issue or offering to make it right, we were told the steaks had been cooked correctly and that it only looked that way because of the lighting and the tinted windows in the restaurant.
