Had to wait almost 5 minutes for someone to let us in the washroom as they have to buzz you in. Then, we waited another 10 minutes to place our order with only 4 people in front of us. There were 6 or 7 servers, but only 1 or 2 working the counter. We ordered a coffee and a french vanilla cappuccino. The coffee was made right, but the cappuccino wasn't. It was basically water. Obviously, they didn't look at it before putting the lid on it and handing it to their customer.
I go for my coffee and a muffin for my puppy. I do go inside sometimes and it's not so tidy. I wish the homeless addicts weren't always outside begging. I mainly do the drive through.

This Tim Hortons location is consistently disappointing in service and attitude. This morning was my breaking point. Went through the drive-thru and told the customer rep that I had a coupon through the app for $6 breakfast combo. Asked if I could sub coffee for french vanilla and was told sure. Get to the window and she's charging me $9. Showed her the combo in the app. She gave me attitude when I said I would just take the coffee instead.
