This store gave me large steeped tea when I ordered extra large steeped tea in the drive-thru. It was not one time, and they did it on purpose.It happened today again. Time is 20:23, April 5th, 2024. If the owner sees my review, he should fire today's stuff. They are extremely unacceptable.

Ordered 2 coffee, pack of timbits and bagel with herb and garlic this morningRecieved empty bagel initially then went in asked for right item. Person working there literally put back opened bagel back in the tray and gave the new one instead tossing it outI feel bad for other customer who had to take it.Tim bits are soggy and so sugary. I don’t assume they are even fresh. Assorted Tim bits have only 2 of their less expensive or left over flavoursWorst Tim and worst experience

This Tim Hortons is great. However, there are people sitting in the Drive-Thru so beware of people sitting in the lane way there are in the Drive-Thru lane sitting on the ground waiting for you to drive by so that they can tell you that you ran them over and then try to get you to pay out of pocket so that they don't call the police!!! If you are not allowed to walk through the drive-thru and make an order, it is a health and safety risk for any pedestrians to be in the Drive-Thru. FYI Tim Hortons you need to do a better job of making sure that everyone is safe on your property because one day somebody might turn around and sue you!!!!

This Tim Hortons location is consistently disappointing in service and attitude. This morning was my breaking point. Went through the drive-thru and told the customer rep that I had a coupon through the app for $6 breakfast combo. Asked if I could sub coffee for french vanilla and was told sure. Get to the window and she's charging me $9. Showed her the combo in the app. She gave me attitude when I said I would just take the coffee instead. She then said "Next time, read the offer." and shut the drive-thru door.If you go inside, you see that they stand around talking and finishing up their conversations instead of serving you. You can't win at this location, so I would advise steering clear.

I'm so upset that I continue to buy from tim hortons. I got a ex lg French vanilla drove home to Amherstburg and it taste like water so I decided to call to complain and they won't answer there phones even after calling 3 times.

Had to wait almost 5 minutes for someone to let us in the washroom as they have to buzz you in. Then, we waited another 10 minutes to place our order with only 4 people in front of us. There were 6 or 7 servers, but only 1 or 2 working the counter. We ordered a coffee and a french vanilla cappuccino. The coffee was made right, but the cappuccino wasn't. It was basically water. Obviously, they didn't look at it before putting the lid on it and handing it to their customer.

I go for my coffee and a muffin for my puppy. I do go inside sometimes and it's not so tidy. I wish the homeless addicts weren't always outside begging. I mainly do the drive through.

Went there this morning asked for a bagel toasted with cream cheese and a medium coffee with 1 cream and 1 milk got home to enjoy my food and drink to find my bagel was. Made with butter and my coffee with milk and sugar. Very disappointed because it was my first cup of the day .
Asked to have the Men's washroom open. Employee stated it was being worked on and couldn't open it. Asked another employee one minute later who opened it.After sitting at the table DIRECTLY BESIDE the washroom, I observed NO WORKERS in or around the Men's washroom. No "Out Of Order" (as you'd expect to see) sign was posted on the door either.Discrimination at it's finest is evident at this locatiin.

Dirty crack heads hanging out inside sleeping at tables. The door handles were very dirty,and the ATM machine was disgusting.
