Lately when I have gone here around 4:30-5pm, only have 2 staff to work both in store and drive thru. Staff struggling to keep up and lined up.
Even though it's closer to me, i am now going to the Tim's at Tecumseh and Forest Glade simply because they actually have more staff, there Forest Glade is actually quicker to get in and out- both in restaurant and drive thru

Very unusual for timmies....the coffee wasn't burnt. But I did have to tell the young lady who took my order 5 times what I wanted as her english was limited.
Location is perfect for those who live nearby. Has a cozy vibe setting as the sunlight beams perhaps into the restaurant. Spencer was fantastic. Spencer was throughout by repeating my order BACK to me to ensure it was correct the first time around. Thank you
