Getting my order placed seemed complicated. The manager was on the phone while doing three things at a time. After placing my order I waited 10 mins just to come back and see my order was still not ready, but somehow the person that came after got their food. woman at the window today was unbelievably rude. she said they weren’t serving food so i clarified and asked if that included bagels/donuts or just prepared food. she repeated that they weren’t serving food with the craziest attitude like i was an idiot. that was so completely unnecessary i would never spend a dime here.
The drive thru worker was incredibly rude. I asked for a large french vanilla coffee and I stated I’d like that to be hot please. She said, “How the hell else would it be?” I stated, “Well it could be iced since you serve ice coffee but I’d like it to be hot please.
