Getting my order placed seemed complicated. The manager was on the phone while doing three things at a time. After placing my order I waited 10 mins just to come back and see my order was still not ready, but somehow the person that came after got their food. I then waited 5 mins for them to actually make it. Not only does management need help, the store should hire capable people willing to work. I used to go to this location before it was closed down and the service was actually better then. I just thought I would stop by but I wouldn’t come back here.

woman at the window today was unbelievably rude. she said they weren’t serving food so i clarified and asked if that included bagels/donuts or just prepared food. she repeated that they weren’t serving food with the craziest attitude like i was an idiot. that was so completely unnecessary i would never spend a dime here.

The drive thru worker was incredibly rude. I asked for a large french vanilla coffee and I stated I’d like that to be hot please. She said, “How the hell else would it be?” I stated, “Well it could be iced since you serve ice coffee but I’d like it to be hot please. That was really rude.” Then a man spoke over the speaker to complete my order. Upon reaching the window she didn’t say hi when I said hi, I said thank you, she said nothing in return. No interaction at all, she didn’t even give me a receipt. Please do better.

I've lived in the area for years and was so sad when this location closed. I was so happy to see that they've remodeled and reopened. I usually go through the drive thru and it's quick and efficent. Today I went inside because I had a very large and complicated order. They nailed it. I didnt get the name of the girl helping me but she helped me carry my order out to my car and was so polite. So happy Tim Hortons is back!

Story time! I canceled my $40 order after being told I couldn't add a coffee to it basically. The cashier looked out the window behind my car... No cars, then said "is this a add on?" Duh but... Yeah! Then I was informed they couldn't take a $100 bill. That's fine cause I was already done with them after the stupid question. So the manager came to the window with his aggression asking me why I wanted to cancel and explaining his rules... I tried to tell him I didn't want to go back and forth... But he was gonna be heard. Just low class, rude, no customer service behavior. Went to the one around the corner and was greeted with a smile. Told everybody at my job... It's a no! Shut up and listen to your customer. ??

Just a mess of a place. Everything is dirty, service is mixed at best and extremely slow. Drive thru is heavily prioritized so expect to wait 5 minutes before ordering and then 10 for your food at least if you go inside. The normal coffee is fine if it's hot.
