I recently visited Five Guys with high hopes of indulging in a mouthwatering burger experience. Unfortunately, my visit left much to be desired.Firstly, the food quality was underwhelming. Despite ordering their signature burger, I found the patty to be dry and overcooked, lacking the juicy tenderness that one expects from a quality burger. Everyone was so nice and food was amazing! Watched on the employee's open the door for an elderly couple while they took the time they needed to get in. Lacrisha S. was also a sweetheart on the register. She also was thorough when cleaning after people left. And helped the same elderly couple figured out the beverage machine. She also brought them their food so they wouldn't have to get up. So grateful for all y'all do
