I recently visited Five Guys with high hopes of indulging in a mouthwatering burger experience. Unfortunately, my visit left much to be desired.Firstly, the food quality was underwhelming. Despite ordering their signature burger, I found the patty to be dry and overcooked, lacking the juicy tenderness that one expects from a quality burger. Additionally, the toppings seemed lackluster and failed to complement the overall flavor profile.Moreover, the service left much to be desired. The staff appeared disinterested and inattentive, resulting in long wait times for both ordering and receiving our food. There was a noticeable lack of communication and coordination among the team, leading to a sense of frustration among patrons.The ambiance of the restaurant was also disappointing. Combined with the lackluster food and service, the overall dining experience fell far short of expectations.In conclusion, my experience was thoroughly disappointing. With subpar food quality, indifferent service, and lackluster ambiance, I cannot recommend this establishment to fellow burger enthusiasts. It's clear that significant improvements are needed to elevate the dining experience and regain the trust of customers.

Everyone was so nice and food was amazing! Watched on the employee's open the door for an elderly couple while they took the time they needed to get in. Lacrisha S. was also a sweetheart on the register. She also was thorough when cleaning after people left. And helped the same elderly couple figured out the beverage machine. She also brought them their food so they wouldn't have to get up. So grateful for all y'all do

I have been here twice and both times this overweight lady at the register has been very rude to me even when I have been nothing but nice. Because I placed an order of 5 burgers she rolled her eyes at me and told me to do this online. Excuse me but you have one simple job to take an order for a burger. Such entitlement to have attitude because I am making an order at the register. If the management sees this please look at the other reviews I am not the only one who has dealt with this lady. You need someone new at the register or need to train her.

I've had Five Guys multiple times in the past, and it's always been great! However, our visit today could have been better. Food: 3/5 - My usual order is a bacon cheeseburger with mushrooms and onion. Yum! This time, I ordered a hamburger "all the way" (all the toppings) just to try it out. The burger had good flavor, but the bun was really soggy. I ended up taking it off and eating the rest with a fork. The fries were also very soggy, which is so disappointing for Five Guys because their food is usually SO GOOD! Service: 5/5 - We were greeted as soon as we walked into the building. You have some real hospitality! Ambiance: 5/5 - There were a couple other people inside eating, but the restaurant was clean and kept up nicely. Also loved the peanuts to snack on while waiting for our food.

Five Guys burgers are my favorite fast food restaurant burgers. For those of you who have not been to a Five Guys, you can get grilled mushrooms and onions at no extra charge. There is always a few minutes wait as the burgers are always fresh off the grill. I have never had an overcooked and dried out burger. There are complimentary peanuts in the shell that you help yourself to. I always get some as I am not a fan of their French fries. They are the style that have not been pealed. Many people enjoy that. I had quick and very friendly service.
