It's astonishing how bad it is. I've had to wait 4 hours for my food before; I think they're counting on people leaving so they don't have to actually do the orders. I'll order it early for lunch, go there, it's not ready, then shoot over a few times during the day to see and they're massively behind. Absolutely disgusting not only is the attitudes of the workers nasty but the establishment itself is nasty bathrooms never clean trash is always overflowing and old food on the floor. I’ll literally drive 6.1 miles down telegraph to the other establishment before eating here.

Never in my life have a written a review on ANY restaurant let alone a chipotle. This is by far the worst location I’ve ever visited. I simply love chipotle so I’m forced to deal with disrespectful staff , continual lack of food items & “ app only orders”. This is legit crazy, they are terrible.
