Never in my life have a written a review on ANY restaurant let alone a chipotle. This is by far the worst location I’ve ever visited. I simply love chipotle so I’m forced to deal with disrespectful staff , continual lack of food items & “ app only orders”. This is legit crazy, they are terrible.

It's astonishing how bad it is. I've had to wait 4 hours for my food before; I think they're counting on people leaving so they don't have to actually do the orders. I'll order it early for lunch, go there, it's not ready, then shoot over a few times during the day to see and they're massively behind. Piles of customers and delivery drivers waiting for 2 hour old orders.I typically have to develop a game plan on how I'm going to get my money back from the situation as Chipotle no longer seems to care and the manager's standards are sufficiently low that they won't do anything about it. So, I order once every 6 months or so to see if anything changed, make an effort with Chipotle to get money back or free burrito or something, and if I can't, do a chargeback.

Absolutely disgusting not only is the attitudes of the workers nasty but the establishment itself is nasty bathrooms never clean trash is always overflowing and old food on the floor. I’ll literally drive 6.1 miles down telegraph to the other establishment before eating here.

This is by far the worst place to get food. They are ALWAYS out of something. Never have enough meat. They NEVER have fajita veggies. The staff is rude they all need a Customer Service class. This location is around the corner from my home. However I drive to Southfield to get my food. I highly recommend NOT going to this location. If they had a zero I would’ve picked it.

The worst chipotle i have been to. Not only was the customer service subpar, the way our food was handled was not sanitary. We came here after a long day and were hungry. Got sick after eating here, would not recommend.
This franchise is chaotic at best and gross at worst. They often refuse to take in-person orders and ask you to use the app so you’re not “cutting” the line. That’s insane and annoying.

I used to eat here all the time. Things aren’t going well there. The bathroom is filthy. The pop dispenser counter is littered with things and it looks like the counter hasn’t been cleaned all day. The staff bark at you in a rapid fire patter while you’re making your order. It’s like they are trying to be difficult. The tables aren’t clean. I won’t be going there anymore.

Ordered three entrees for delivery. THICK layer of sour cream on top of all three orders, no fajita vegetables on all three as we ordered, chicken meat was full of grizzle, mostly rice and beans, and sour cream. Three burrito bowls, side of guac, side of chips and queso=$70. Terribly made food, poor quality, and was ripped off by Chipotle. Shameful!!

the atmosphere is probably the only good thing about this location. they never have vinaigrette. they hardly ever have in person ordering. they need to do better. it’s disappointing. i don’t eat chipotle but when i do, i want to be able to get what i want/what is offered. i also try to call ahead of time and no one answers the phone. paying $17 for a meal is ridiculous as is, but i expect good quality everything.

We walked in and one of the employees kids/siblings were eating in the booth. As soon as we walked in one of the kids began THROWING food at my boyfriend and I. I politely asked the employees if they knew them since they were sitting COMPLETELY UNSUPERVISED. He said yes, and I explained that they were throwing things at us. I assumed they would tell them to stop considering we are there to enjoy a meal. We were planning on eating there but as we got the food and we’re walking out the kids continued the embarrassing behavior and I had to tell them they need to stop as if they were my kids. This is EXTREMELY unprofessional!! I completely understand not being able to afford child care and having to bring them with you. But as a customer i would hope they would be behaved or atleast not THROW FOOD. And that their guardian or whoever is watching them would handle the behavior!!
