Heartfelt shout out to Sloan! I am patient here because the crew stays busy and they hustle! Sloan noticed I was lingering a bit too long and quickly realized there was a problem with my order, unbeknownst to me. You can have a good experience as long as you're prepared for either 1. extremely sweet baristas or 2. a thousand yard stare from baristas when you speak to them. In the end, you get your order. The parking lot can be a nightmare. Park farther away for your sanity.
I recently visited the Starbucks in downtown Birmingham, Michigan, and it did not disappoint! This location is one of the more spacious ones I've encountered, with a nice layout that seamlessly connects the indoors and outdoors. The service was friendly as always, making the experience even more enjoyable. I treated myself to a delightful vanilla bean frappé, while one of the little divas enjoyed a strawberry frappé.
