I visit after a hard day's work for a sweet treat only to have the rest of my day ruined by an older lady with the most meanest attitude and has trouble making simple drinks. She makes sure that I know that she hates to make any of my drinks and has poor customer service. She definitely needs a retrain or get out of the line of work. At first I thought she was just having a bad day but it's every single day and it makes me not want to ever go there again. I can't wait for the other location to open back up, she's ruining my looking forward to my sweet treat time.“
