We placed an order online for breakfast, knowing that breakfast is served until 11 AM, or at least should be served until 11 AM per all the Tim Hortons locally and their signage. Order was placed at 10:30 for pick up at 10:40 per the app and was told they don’t make hashbrowns after 10 AM. Manager was kind enough to refund back to our card, but if you are serving breakfast until 11 AM, maybe to stop making hashbrowns at 10 AM is not the best option. I’ve been to several Tim Hortons locations in Oakland County and found this location to have the best quality of food. All of my drinks tastes great and bagels are toasted perfectly. I do agree from other reviewers that the drive thru service isn’t the friendliest, however, they are very fast and efficient which is what I’d prefer during busy morning rush hour time.
