“Went in for just a coffee. The line was long but after waiting a while I noticed there was only ONE worker, Kristy, she was very patient and kept a smile on her face while waiting on the growing line ahead of her. Everyone made compliments on how well she was doing. I do have to say typically at other locations when there is only one person it’s a mess. Kristy did amazing at keeping up, clean, timely and making drinks perfect.“
“My daughter and I are big Tim Hortons people and this location never disappoints!Kid-friendliness: My daughter loves visiting here she’s still young so she calls the store Tim and tommy and the staff even play along and welcome her to Tim and Tommy’s! Love this staff.“
“I am giving it a five star because I like how fast this place is and they have never messed up my order. I did only give the service a 2 star and that's because they just don't greet you or say much. Other then that it's a great place to visit in a rush.“
“Better than average place to get food. This is a good location and can be better than most in the area. You'd get the right order usually and all the things to eat it the way you wanted it. We tend to go to the better ones since we have had issues in the area with other day food places. Take your time and go to this one.“
“We had the mango cloud cake slice, blueberry cloud cake slice, tiramisu latte, and the honey lavendar latte. All were amazing and 10/10. The cake wasn't too sweet but instead a more subtle taste (my favorite), tasted like the actual fruit in its name, and had the fruit in it. The honey lavendar has a stronger taste of sweetness and lavendar. Get it iced. The tiramisu latte we got hot and it was also not sweet and a more subtle tiramisu taste. The cake slices were $6-$7 a slice. The lattes $5-$5.50. Reasonable prices. The service was great. There is a nice seating area inside and outside. Our favorite cafe/bakery place in Troy. Will come again.“

“Absolutely amazing! Got the Peanut Butter Mocha iced (which had real peanut butter in it) and the Mint Mocha iced. Also, got bacon egg and chedder bagel sandwich and sausage egg and chedder bagel. Got to choose which type of bagel plane, assigago and everything. I'm definitely going back!“
“Great atmosphere and prices. Their Cafe Miel (honey latte) was a spot-on dupe for Madcap's, and not too sweet which I appreciate! Pastries were awesome too. The chocolate croissant was so good and didn't shatter into a million crumbs like most croissants, so it's safe to eat in the car, lol.“
“It's hard to know that this gem is here. It's in the middle of an unpretentious plaza, and I found it by accident, looking for a quiet place to write. The coffee is excellent, the seating is comfortable, the music is quiet and not intrusive. The place is bright and cheerful and the staff is friendly,“
“This place is amazing. Great coffee. Great food. Great bakery items. Most coffee shops have those things though. What truly set this place apart was the incredible service I (and others) received while in store. Angelina helped me out and provided some of the best service I've ever gotten in my life. The other employee who helped the people in front of me was extremely helpful figuring out what drinks would be best for a couple who was in for their first time and weren't sure what to get. All around a great experience.“
