“We stoped by the Utica location twice and had mixed feelings about it. The location and ambiance is very cute and cozy. Our first trip we tried the breakfast wraps with turkey sausage which was not our favorite. Next visit we had the bagel sandwiches which were delicious. We tried 4 different lattes on the 2 visits and all tasted off. My husband and I agreed that the coffee/espresso beans they use tasted burnt. If we stop by again, we would probably just try a tea or drip coffee.“

“The young gentleman wearing a falcons jacket and Annabelle were beyond kind to me. After my caramel iced coffee didn’t taste right, they made me two more coffees until they got it right and they deserve recognition for their excellence service and attitude.“

“Absolutely stellar in almost every way. Two things to tweak: today it's maybe 60 degrees, and they just turned the AC on, so it's pretty chilly in here. They also need to modify their playlist; most people are here to work or study, and the music can be a little energetic, heavy bass, loud vocals for that purpose. I have earplugs in and still find it pretty distracting.“

“This was our first time eating here. We were immediately greeted when we walked in. There is a self ordering kiosk and we were offered the option to use the kiosk or to place our order with the restaurant staff. He was super helpful and patient. All of the food looked and tasted delicious. We also tried the Mango Green Tea with mango jelly.“

“This place is amazing! From the staff upfront to the drinks + the pastries here. The matcha was amazing, it was the perfect color. I added lavender in mine and it was very good! The pistachio latte here is also amazing! Not too sweet and you can actually taste pistachio! Very friendly staff and great atmosphere for studying!“

I usually go to another coffee shop to get the psl but I really enjoyed the one from Scooter's better than the other coffee shop. The staff is very friendly. “My experience at The Espresso House was excellent overall. We found this spot online, and it is truly a hidden gem. The atmosphere was very masculine and spacious, with large televisions showcasing different soccer games. Very cool to have if you’re a soccer fan. The service was also amazing. The man who helped us was not only welcoming, but also very kind and patient. Regarding our drinks, they were delicious. My caramel latte had just the right amount of sweetness. I would definitely recommend this cafe if you are looking for a nice drink.“

“Ive had some tacos before, but Never an Arepa. food is delicious. I got one Chicken Arepa, one bowl, and Definelty was worth popping in after seeing on Chow Down Detroit reviewed. They were out of beef, but definitely gonna pop on here and there. ​I have to give a humongous & warm thank you Biggby Coffee in Shelby Township. The staff here is absolutely fantastic—they are so great and friendly every single time I visit. I'm one of those customers with a pretty complicated order, and they always handle it with a smile and get it exactly right.
​What I love most is the consistency. No matter what drink I order, it always tastes exactly like it's supposed to. Whether it's a hot latte or a cold brew, the quality is always perfect. It's the only coffee shop where I know I'll get a great drink and an awesome experience every time.

“Bigby went above and beyond for our catering needs for our Hot Cocoa with Santa event. They were convenient, friendly and helpful; helping us decide what we would need for our event as well as making sure we would have the utensils we needed.“

“Where im from, there’s a smoothie bowl place on every corner so it’s been hard for me to find one here that’s as good as home. Well this one hit the spot.

The service was spectacular at at no other place have I found have you been able to mix the bases. Personally I love the coconut with the açaí but here they had banana, so of course I tried that and it was spectacular.

Prices are pretty reasonable and for the bowls, you get a decent amount and it thaws just as good for left overs.

10/10 will be my new stop for an after work smoothie“

“I love this Dunkin' so much! This is hands down my favorite Dunkin' in the area I frequent. They always make my drinks just right, food is good, service is fast, staff is kind & friendly, and the gas station it's in is very clean & nice inside & out. I get different espresso drinks depending on the day (Sabrina's Brown Sugar Shakin' Espresso is my favorite though!) and if I get food it's almost always the bacon breakfast wrap. I come here relatively often, usually at least 2-3 times a month. Keep it up, guys!“
