I love Biggby and love supporting local companies. This location has very friendly staff and high quality drinks. That being said, prices have gone up, and I was shocked to spend $8 on a large frozen drink ($7 on a medium hot drink). I know that inflation is a thing, but I, sadly, can’t justify it.
The friendliest staff one could ask for - I have to give a special shout out to Alyssa and her two teammates this morning. I had to place a last minute order for a box/party size vat of coffee…not only did they say ‘no problem’ they were so kind and helpful when I arrived to pick it up. Without naming names, their coffee neighbors who share a parking lot couldn’t be bothered to even pick up my phone call.
