I have to give a humongous & warm thank you Biggby Coffee in Shelby Township. The staff here is absolutely fantastic—they are so great and friendly every single time I visit. I'm one of those customers with a pretty complicated order, and they always handle it with a smile and get it exactly right.
What I love most is the consistency. No matter what drink I order, it always tastes exactly like it's supposed to. Whether it's a hot latte or a cold brew, the quality is always perfect. It's the only coffee shop where I know I'll get a great drink and an awesome experience every time.
This location is a perfect example of great coffee and wonderful service. Highly recommend!“
“I love this Dunkin' so much! This is hands down my favorite Dunkin' in the area I frequent. They always make my drinks just right, food is good, service is fast, staff is kind & friendly, and the gas station it's in is very clean & nice inside & out. I get different espresso drinks depending on the day (Sabrina's Brown Sugar Shakin' Espresso is my favorite though!) and if I get food it's almost always the bacon breakfast wrap. I come here relatively often, usually at least 2-3 times a month. Keep it up, guys!“

“Symere and Lily are the most awesome team i’ve ever talked to at a starbucks. They were both super kind and funny. Great service. On the other hand patrick was a bit bad if really need to talk about personality with that guy. but over all amazing! (please mess with patrick im joking about him he did good too.)“

“Tim's has good breakfast sandwiches and doughnuts are usually fresh. Filling in doughnuts is often minimal. We like their coffee too. Wish they sold a 24 oz. Workers could be a bit more careful when packing bags to go.“

“Stopped at Starbucks before work and their computer system was down. The nicest barista helped me and gave me my drink. I felt so bad that I wasn’t able to pay for it. I just wanted to thank her, they didn’t have to do that. I could’ve just not gotten a drink today. This location is always busy but everyone here is always so friendly. Thank you for being friendly every time no matter what.“
