If the wait times were shorter, this review would be a solid 5-stars.The food and drinks are always great, and you almost always receive the same quality at every Starbucks.However, I don't go to Starbucks often because of the wait. The drive-thru is always so long, and each order takes a while to fulfill. I am sure the rise of viral and custom drinks makes the turnaround time longer. therefore, the wait time is my only issue.
Recently went there on an evening right around closing.Two young ladies were working very hard. I even asked the barista to change my drink to hot after I ordered cold and she was sweet enough to change it.Great service

Went in for just a coffee. The line was long but after waiting a while I noticed there was only ONE worker, Kristy, she was very patient and kept a smile on her face while waiting on the growing line ahead of her. Everyone made compliments on how well she was doing. I do have to say typically at other locations when there is only one person it’s a mess. Kristy did amazing at keeping up, clean, timely and making drinks perfect.
