We drove an hour and a half to Volcano Sushi (and the Great Lakes Comic Con) and were not disappointed. This was only our second time eating here and the sushi was as great as we remembered. And there was no wait for lunch. We had preferential treatment. Our waiter even looked up our previous visit (from 1 year ago) and told us what we had ordered. Love it!
They were very accommodating and helpful in dealing with my gluten allergy. They provided gluten free soy sauce for me! They also told me they would not include the tempura flakes and make sure things were noted that I couldn’t have wheat products. I ate around seven in the evening and it’s around midnight as I’m writing this now. I feel fine so far too. This was amazing, I think it’s the most delicious rainbow roll I’ve ever eaten, my husband and daughter ordered bentos and it was y too.Place is small but is clean and service was really good, we’ll definitely coming back
