“We always enjoy our meals. They serve from 6:00 am until 3:00 pm Monday through Saturday. Everyone is friendly, and the sound of people laughing and enjoying their meal makes it very comfortable. The only downside is I wish it were bigger.

“I had the spinach verde enchiladas and my boyfriend had the beef tacos. Both were amazing. His had two awsome salad/sauce things, so fresh. The margaritas are awesome too! My favorite mexican restaurant in all of the Detroit area. Much better than Mexican Town. The Picture is terrible but you can see those yummy salad/sauce things. :-)“

“The staff here was awesome. Very friendly, funny and attentive. The dining area is very small maybe only 8 tables which is fine. The menu has good options for sushi but does not have descriptions of regular rolls and the only way you know they have them is by looking at the order sheet. We only ordered sushi and it was good.“

“I’ll start off by saying I’ve been coming here for 15 years.. the food has not changed. I started coming in high school and back then I stayed safe with only getting the Pad Thai or the Drunken Noodle(which are both amazing), now I’ll try just about anything on the menu because I know it’ll be great. The Lanna Noodles are probably my go-to choice. The spring rolls are a must get every time. “I have stopped a number of times, for their coney dogs. I find this unique restaurant reminding me of a small neighborhood restaurant when I was kid. Where else would you find such friendly restaurant serving breakfast, lunch and dinner. Stop by and enjoy (again) this unique restaurant.“

“Breadsticks were really good. The pizza was also good. We just got a round cheese only with garlic herb crust. The only disappointment was the chubby bread sauce - it was very watery and didn’t cling to the bread. Overall - well priced and a good meal“

“I have been coming here for years, since at least 2017. The quality is consistently amazing, the staff and owner treat everyone like they're family. This is my favorite restaurant, bar none. From butter chicken, to dal makhani, Samosa's to keema mator, Garlic naan to papadam... Everything is amazing. I can honestly say I've never been disappointed leaving this restaurant. If you've never been, I highly recommend trying out their lunch buffet on the weekends, so you can get a feel for the type of dishes you'll enjoy.“

“Awesome service. The best food I’ve had in along time! Everything was freshly made and the cook hand picked the vegetables from his garden. I haven’t had an omelette that tasted so good from a restaurant other than this!I would 1000% recommend Drakes Cafe (near hall and mound area) to anyone looking for an excellent and homemade breakfast at Drakes Cafe!!

“I have been here a few times. The food is mostly good, but unfortunately there is a handful of items to avoid. I think itd be wise to make menu changes and focus on what they do well. Fish and chips are good, cevapi is a favorite, highly recommend one of those.The atmosphere is okay, standard loud sports bar. It is pretty clean, I noticed the staff always seems to quickly help eachother pick up anything dropped.“

“I go to this Shelby location all the time. The food is always spectacular no matter what I order! The people that work there are all more like my friends than anything else! They are very kind, talented, hard-working people and always at the top of their game! I recommend to anyone this particular National Coney Island - They're the BEST! Especially Parker and the rest of the girls who are always so nice to me! The guys and sometimes girls that cook all do a perfect job everytime I order something!“

“We did a pick up tonight from the Shelby Township location after I found out they had gluten free and vegan cheese pizzas. Everything was amazing! My husband got the BBQ chicken pizza and never have we seen one come with onion straws— game changer! The gluten free vegan cheese bread was the best I’ve had, along with the pizza. Thank you, this will be our new spot. Also checked out the momma’s dessert bar to see if the vegan ice cream options were legit. Will be stopping here for ice cream in the near future. “Cool place and close to home.Great selection of styles (Nov 2023). Not surprisingly, I tried several over a few hours and made mental plans to return very soon for the ones I missed before they leave. Tomorrow seem too soon?Jenny was an absolute delight. We talked about all sorts of crazy, stupid stuff. Craft beer really seems to attract those kind of people. Yeah!Blues playing, free popcorn, plenty of games to play, great brews, I could live here.“

“It was a cold rainy afternoon, I had just gotten off a long day at work, and all I wanted was a bagel. I was skeptical at first because I had never been to a big apple, but decided what the heck. I ordered a bagel with cream cheese, a muffin, and a regular espresso. I will say, this bagel was one of the best bagels I have ever had in my entire life. The service was great, i was in and out in a jiffy. Big apple made my day 1000% better.“
