“I go out of my way from Rochester to get Orient Express. The team members are extremely friendly and helpful, they honor modifications to orders, my orders are always fresh and delicious, and everything tastes high quality. It has been my go to Chinese food establishment for at least 25 years. It's always great and fresh on DoorDash too, they package it well and its still fresh and warm when I get it in Rochester. Highly recommend!“

“It's unfortunate to see some people leaving harsh reviews. I had a wonderful experience here. Everything was very filling and satisfying. Order was ready on time and lady that checked me out was very friendly. Also very reasonably priced for what I ordered. The vegetable lo mein was very good and the vegetables were very flavorful and cooked just right. Spring roll was very tasty and cooked just right. Thank you“
