great drinks and we’ve been going a bit and never had an issue, but tonight i ordered something not on the menu and maybe that’s why the older lady was rude, even though it wasn’t complex it was two ingredients. but after i ordered my boyfriend went up a few minutes later and got a drink as well and she looked at him and rolled her eyes and walked to the back. we weren’t there to complain about the drink or something. that kinda ruined my whole mood. i also work in food...read full review
Nice Starbucks. Good staff. Friendly.Beware though! The customers that go here are cringeworthy.This will be the 3rd time in a row I’ve watched a customer raise their voice at a teenage person working the register. Has lots to do with the demographic of target shoppers in this area. Bunch of Karens.It’s not the workers fault your nitro brew or oat milk isn’t there. Jim was perfect in every way. Extremely friendly, all smiles, Sense of urgency. Absolutely wonderful! Cole was Exceptional as well! Service today is shot. These two gentleman you know what it's like to put in work. Hats off to both of these gentlemen. Thank you both again!
