I have ALWAYS loved Kerbys. Even before I started working here. Now I manage the Waterford location, I love the friendly atmosphere. The whole crew (for all of the locations) are some of the best people I have brought into my life. Our customers are like are family! What I love the most is that Kerbys is a family owned company. The young man serving us was upbeat, engaging, easy to talk with and added to the enjoyment of our meal. He did well!!
Devoured one of the best Cobb Salads ever! Those in our group who ordered breakfast were not disappointed.

They're so sweet. Took our take-out order 20 minutes before close and the food was amazing. Crisp salad with freshly warmed chicken. Everything was so fresh and delicious! Thank you again!

Kerby's Koney Island offers a mixed experience according to recent reviews. While some customers praise the amazing service and delicious food, others have noticed a decline in quality. The staff, once friendly and attentive, now seem inattentive and preoccupied with personal matters. Some customers felt rushed and uncomfortable during their visit. Despite this, others still enjoy the cozy atmosphere and tasty meals, such as the all american breakfast. It seems that the restaurant's charm may have faded due to recent changes in staff and service quality.
