I came in today and received an AMAZING breakfast and service. Cassey, Kaylee, and Morgana all teamed together to make sure we all had everything that we needed despite how busy it was. The food was phenomenal my hash browns and omlette were perfect! everyone I was with was more than satisfied too. I had an absolutely splendid experience I will be returning and bringing more friends

These cooks don’t think I know what a microwaved chicken tender tastes like. 2nd time this has happened. Where is the management allowing this? Outrageous. Won’t be back, neither will my friends or family.

This place used to be great. We went all the time. The staff was super friendly and it really felt like a cozy family setting. But the family you like.Things have changed with the staff change. We rarely go anymore. They refuse any kind of accommodations or requests. The food is almost always burned lately. The staff is beyond inattentive. They're usually sitting at one of the booths gossiping with each other. They don't interact with their customers whatsoever but they feel free to shout their personal matters and work drama across the entire store. They also Rush customers out. They literally grabbed my daughter's plate out from in front of her and picked it up and then decided to ask her if she was done or not and she felt so awkward and awful she just nodded timidly because she didn't want to ask for her plate back.This place used to be a nice and friendly atmosphere which felt very welcoming and homey. Now it's just full of people who don't want to be there and who rush customers out and yet expect $50 in a tip for doing absolutely nothing.

No manager. Customers waiting for food server did know what food was on menu. Cooks yelling at staff for customers asking for food or add ons.Slow slow service. Only one person in kitchen and he was more interested i. What servers were doing and watching customers then making food. People before us were waiting. For food and complaining to servers.Cook was running place and clearly angry and belligerent to female servers. Server made a.Mistake and did add bacon and ranch dressing To pita. She tried correct situation but cook yelled at her. Told her to make sure we pay for the bacon and looked pissed at us for asking for two strips a bacon. That server left visibly upset from the exchange and I followers her outside and gave her a tip and told her the man has clear issues.The whole situation made my family feel uncomfortable so we asks for a manager ans told no owner or manager here. The girl who acted as manager said everything fine I asked for my bill and we left. Clearly not a care in world for customers or staff. Very sad to see since business have trouble gettting let alone having staff. That chef has no business to be upset with the staff.

Food was gross. Dirty menus. One plate of hashbrowns was burnt, the other plate was still cold and undercooked. Gravy on the biscuits and gravy was almost slimy... Very unsettling. Will not return. Ever.

You need to hire waitresses that do not have an attitude, & also want to work, it took my waitress 13 minutes to put my order in, 6 minutes to get my water, & I ordered an omelet, & no the restuarant was not busy there was 2 people besides me & oh, I have it timed & took a screenshot, bec I know that I will get a silly apology message, even if , I will never come here again, ever
