They are very slow and seems unsure on how to operate drive thru.
This is the second time my order has not been correct. On 10/7 they forgot my hash brown in my order. Today on 10/11 I tried telling the lady they forgot my hash brown the other day and she just walked off. And have me a pumpkin spice muffin, when I asked for a donut. The lack of menu knowledge, care in food prep and the appearance of the establishment are the main reasons I will not go back! Every time they mess up an order. The sweet little older lady that works in the morning … bless your heart I have seen and heard how your coworkers speak to you!
