Love the hotspot hotties good lattes at this location. Sort of like going to like Hooters, or Twin peaks, but there is limited seating (very limited), and some seating outside. I usually spend about $20 bucks for a large latte and a generous tip. I never feel bad about myself on the way out... Just know that if you're traveling North on VanDyke... getting back out onto the northbound is rough during peak traffic times.
